Wonderful service and patient staff. They get busy, I recommend an appointment.
Excellent customer service. I always travel across town to make my purchases in their store. Worked with different staff- always served well. This store has a great culture of service. Keizer Verizon - not so much
First rep bad. Rude, unfriendly.
I got a bill in the mail for a phone and account I didn't get any they still won't straighten it out for me. I got a cricket account and cricket phone. Had it for years.
