The MOST HORRIBLE customer service experience at this Verizon store. You better go to the one on Highway K. Thanks to the aggressive and hostile manager I canceled my service with Verizon completely right after I left this store.
I just lost 4 hours of of my Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My phone stops being able to make calls, check the service map online- all is well. My wife's (Verizon)phone is working just fine. Next I go to the online tutorial. No luck after jumping through multiple hoops and phone resets. I start an online chat with Cheng- jump through more of the same hoops without any success. Cheng tells me I need to factory reset my phone and contact my provider.
