Yusuf was very rude right from the start and mislead us with the amount that had to be paid per month. Even towards the end was outright impolite and walked off mid conversation. Previously a year or so back, the same store with couple of other salespersons had amazing service and hence returned. But this employee seemed very rude even to the customers right before us. Will never recommend this outlet and the salesperson if this is how they are treating customers.

We came in on a free phone and unlimited plan for 3 lines, agreed on a monthly rate and switched carriers accordingly. Unfortunately, each and every month since have had to call to rectify the increased charges monthly. Have wasted over 6 hours trying to get the billing correct for each month,and now have talked with the manager who informs us that they quoted us wrong, and it is permanent, and there is nothing they can do about it. The staff weren't to understanding when it came to handling my issue. I wanted to start a business account and get a phone with the business account and they just weren't getting it.

Yesterday I went in to trade in my phone and resolve an issue with connecting my daughter’s watch to cell service. What I thought would be a quick process ended up taking over three hours. (Not their fault, the number was set up weird which is why I was having problems in the first place) Despite this, Gustavo, who was assisting me went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved properly. His dedication and patience was outstanding, and I left completely satisfied. Excellent service like this deserves recognition!
