Got a new phone from Alex. He's been great he helped me and stayed late just to make sure I would be okay. Would definitely come back!
These guys make promises they don't keep. I used their travel pass which did not work and when I returned home I disputed the charge they told me I would receive a refund on my next bill of course that never happened and they overdrew my account. I had renewed my contract and they told me I would be paying $289 a month but they're billing me $324 a month. they will tell you anything to draw you in and get you to sign up and then overcharge you I advise you to find a different cell phone carrier
Abe was spot on friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping us with things we didn’t know to ask. He made the whole process extremely swift and easy. It was a joy to watch him work.
Helpful. Except for one issue. I bought a phone cover that has lifetime warranty. And I didn't look at my invoice until I arrived home. It's my bill but the person who was in front of me information for the warranty looks to be in their name and not mine. Accidents happen.... Hopefully we can get it straightened out. Mario....
