Good service. Good product. My friend switch to Verizon after a phone mishap on Friday.
Not a business to business site. Went in to get a business account setup and was told they can't help me. Spent over 2 hours on the phone sitting in the store with various call centers and no one ever transferred my account. They eventually said they will call back and see if it went through. Still didn't know if he could do it. Had to verify my email multiple times over the phone. Can't hear the reps over the multiple people in the overseas location talking.
