2 days spent here and still not resolved. Then told I'd get a refund but also didn't get that.
Some of the managers don't know how to help with issues and have to Google how to get phones that had numbers ported over to fully work. Just call customer service, they do. They don't apply all discounts at once. It is frustrating. Their business internet fluctuates, resets often and us slow. Residential operates better but, Xfinity is way better.
