This place is very unprofessional very rude we walked in singed in waited for 15 minutes and two agents were standing talking to other instead of taking customers never again
Stay away from this store. They are rude and completely unhelpful. I needed help with my new phone and they would only help me if I paid a $30 assistance fee. Drive a little further and go to the store at South Blvd. and Crooks. They are so much better. As a sidenote: the assistant manager Patrick was extremely rude and treated me as if I had no value.
Better than Verizon franchises but still we're not very helpful in getting my phone issues resolved. Had to call support
Staff was horrible. I had an appointment but still had to wait over an hour. When I asked for a chair because I'm a handicapped senior lady they pointed to a bar high stool that I couldn't get on at all. When I asked the manager if there was a chair for me in the back he snapped at me and said "What did the guy tell you? " I told him he only said the bar high was it. He snapped at me again and said "Well that's it then" Rolled his eyes and glared at me before walking away. I tried calling corporate while I continued to stand... read more
Goodbye Verizon & hello AT&T! Staff was horrible. I will never buy anything from Verizon again.
