You don’t care about customers. I just walked in your store with a broken foot and cane. I was looking for a place to sit before I signed in. The employees just looked at me. They didn’t say hi or ask what I need.
Better than Verizon franchises but still were not very helpful in getting my phone issues resolved. Had to call support
This place is very unprofessional very rude we walked in singed in waited for 15 minutes and two agents were standing talking to other instead of taking customers never again
Stay away from this store. They are rude and completely unhelpful. I needed help with my new phone and they would only help me if I paid a $30 assistance fee. Drive a little further and go to the store at South Blvd. and Crooks. They are so much better. As a sidenote: the assistant manager Patrick was extremely rude and treated me as if I had no value.
