Switched to AT&T and they would not stop taking money though autopay! Had to cancel my debit card. There are better alternatives out there. Stay away from these creeps.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! TERRY helped me Change out all three iPhones and get a free iPad for my daughter and a new Apple Watch for me. No hustle at all. He was honest and found me the best deal!!! Plus his southern accent was very delightful. His knowledge of everything made me feel assured and his kindness really hit the spot.
New location, same low quality service but at least their reviews can start over. Went there twice in past week. Once at 6:15 p.m. on Monday night to find out they are now closed at 6 p.m. (earlier than they used to be). Went again on Wednesday and would have to wait about 30 minutes just to talk to someone with their only two staff working. Very disappointing, was hoping change of location would improve things.
