Terrible experience. The place is full of incompetent people that literally don’t care about their jobs. Avoid if you care about your time and energy, this is the worst customer service you’ll ever encounter.
The worst verizion. Only one lady was working. I visit there for pickup router, but 7 people were waiting my estimated waiting time was over one hour. So I canceled it.
I had recently switched providers and the staff were super helpful at this location
