I got a phone a few weeks ago GalaxyS26 the breaded heavy set guy lie to us to our face and scammed us he made it seem like were getting a deal. He added insurance to all of our line added and extra line told us it was free it was not a month later I found out I was getting charged and for an extra line. I have since called to get the line and insurance canceled. Be careful make sure you get all the details before you buy. Im going to switch TMobile ASAP the internet is slow.

I got a new phone and had it activated over the phone. But at the end I couldn't get text or send them. Couldn't call out or receive calls. So went to this store. It took them 3 days to fix it. All they had to do was get my eSIM installed. First day I waited a hr and a half. Second day I waited 3 hrs. Then it was closing time and I had to leave. They told me come back the third day at 10am. They got it finely working. While all this happened the man fixing it told me if I pay 45.00 he'd give me a new number but after 30 days... read more
