Great experience friendly staff, saw a PA who was great as well.
I got a new phone and had it activated over the phone. But at the end I couldn't get text or send them. Couldn't call out or receive calls. So went to this store. It took them 3 days to fix it. All they had to do was get my eSIM installed. First day I waited a hr and a half. Second day I waited 3 hrs. Then it was closing time and I had to leave. They told me come back the third day at 10am.
