The customer service experience with the elderly lady at the front of the Verizon store was extremely disappointing. She was unhelpful, seemed uninterested in assisting, and her overall attitude left much to be desired. This level of service does not meet the standards one would expect from a company like Verizon.
Me and the wife had awesome help from Joseph at this location. Find out our iPhones were slow due to me being cheap and holding on to an old phone plan. Joseph took good care of us and it barely raised my monthly bill.
Be prepared to wait and wait and wait, always understaffed, see people walking out giving up, this is the case all the time
Honestly I felt like a burden after purchasing a 1500 dollar brand new 15 pro max. First was the shipping issues. The set up was smooth but I felt as if I was just a sale and a burden to their time. I have been a Verizon customer for close to 16 years and I’m very tempted to go elsewhere due to the staff at this location. The raspy voice dude was cool with me the whole time.
