I came to the desk today and they wasted an hour and a half of my time and after an hour and a half they told me that there is no phone. If there is no phone, why did you make me wait for an hour and a half? It's okay that you waited for an hour and a half. There are three employees there, all three of them are busy with themselves. Had a major hiccup getting my number transferred from one plan to my very own plan after Verizon messed some stuff up on their end. Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!
