What a joke. Don’t buy the extended warranty. Do not expect any help from Michelle. She is more interested in talking to my friend than helping me!!! Once you sign the dotted line it’s over!!! Great customer service
I have been with verizon for 12 years, with a lady name Tonie Nickson. I have been happy with verizon until she got me move over to Verizon business, I was told each line with $25, plus ipad service and etc..! after contract signed the deal I signed up for it not there. So every month before my due date i have to trying to call her for an credit apply for my bill bc month supposed to be around $260.44/month. She did help me when she get a chance.
