I purchased Bose earbuds and a JBL 4 Go Bluetooth speaker on the website it took like 2 days for it to be ready for pickup went to store signed in waited like 20 minutes just to get my items. I feel like they need to have a pick up line only for faster service for people who already purchased their items just coming to receive their items and leave instead of waiting..
This store saved Verizon from losing a life long customer. Online and phone support is horrible now. Wrong information, incorrect order and just not the best service. I came into this store as a last ditch effort since it's close by and lemme tell you, they were patient, they did everything needed to ensure my order was taken care of and were very collaborative on solutions. I will no longer be doing business with Verizon online and over the phone. This is the only store I will go to.
