This store saved Verizon from losing a life long customer. Online and phone support is horrible now. Wrong information, incorrect order and just not the best service. I came into this store as a last ditch effort since it's close by and lemme tell you, they were patient, they did everything needed to ensure my order was taken care of and were very collaborative on solutions. I will no longer be doing business with Verizon online and over the phone. This is the only store I will go to.

Diamond, the manager, is awesome - she went out of her way to help me out and was still able to juggle multiple people's problems throughout the process.
Rude and non helpful
Unprofessional rude really I don’t want to go there. I hate Verizon.
