Went in to preorder the pixel watch and turn in my apple watch, that's it. After accessing my account the guy tried to sell me internet after telling him that I'm not interested and my apartment has in unit wifi. He still tried to get me to input my address into their little computer screen to see what they can offer me. I turned around and walked out. Stop being greedy, sales people.
Had a great experience when me and my mother went in to clear up some charges we we paying for and didn’t need anymore. Also got upgrades with new phones, the real reason for this review is because Brianna who was helping us was very kind and helpful. She made sure we got taken care of at every turn, by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a phone company, thank you Brianna :)
On July 17th, a fatal mishap forced us to get new phones, the day before we left on vacation. We were sent ‘home’ 3X while waiting for some program or other to process/download ??. Each time we returned we were met by a different salesperson and had to try to bring them up to speed. Totally inconsiderate, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and frustrating. Unbelievable!! I was here less than 5 minutes,I was surprised how quickly my issue was resolved! Some professionals work here!!
It took 20 minutes to be able to talk to the first human being, was transferred three times and then promptly hung up on. Horrible customer service and was barely able to talk to any human being because the automated system doesn't understand any response. Extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere
