Ordered a pair of earbuds, that were listed in stock in store, day prior. Set them for locker pickup. 5 hours AFTER store opens, order still isn't ready. Had to call customer service twice to make it happen. Friend of mine had same experience. Canceled his order after store told him same day wasn't guaranteed, even though it's ADVERTISED AS SAME DAY ON THE WEBSITE. He ordered his on Best buy....order was ready in 20.minutes. Awesome Customer Service experience at the store with Matthew. Took my friend there to get her phone transferred from T-Mobile. I’ve had a cell phone since the early 90s and I would say this was the smoothest transaction that I’ve ever witnessed. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. 👍👍
I have been coming to this store for 8 years. I have always had excellent customer service until today. I walked in and a representative greeted me said to wait and I'll be the next person to be assisted. I'm a black 🖤 woman. Two white people come through the door and goes straight to the back of the store and BRANDON the manger goes directly to them with his iPad and immediately start to help them.
