I’m guessing the little short guy is the manager with the dry attitude. A horrible liar. I came in and sat for well over an hour. He told me he would give me a credit for the confusion and inconvenience etc. That’s been over a month ago and I have yet to see a credit. I knew it was bs when he said it. This location needs a rearrangement of staff.

I have the same problem I had last month you assured me that my service would not be interrupted as long as I paid on the 1st,,,,,,, last month you cut my service off around the 18th you told me I was good till the 22nd....... This month you told me I would be good until the 1st day of September you have already interrupted my services.
