Just left the Verizon on Ponce. Had to go there due to my new watch set up at the Edgewood store was not completely set up as I was informed. The rep Daniel was so rude and could care less of my concerns let alone listen to what I was trying to explain to him about my failed watch set up vs what I had prior to having to get a new watch. Making faces to another associate in front of the customer is not acceptable.
