If coming on a weekend be prepared to not be greeted, not checked in, and wait over an hour and half to speak with a representative. The representatives are helpful and nice once they finally get to you but they are understaffed. I will not come to this location again.
Information given to me was completely false instead of being honest to clients agents at this merchants is only concern is selling plans regardless to customer understanding of outcome . They are very unprofessional & careless & if they paid on sales that’s mean they’re crocks. Everyone should be careful dealing with Verizon & specially this store
Den of Thieves is the best I can say. I in the last 7 years have never got charge the same price twice it always seemed to change. They kept changing the dates they were taking the money out automatically without my consent or permission. This last time I came here I showed that they had made a mistake and they ignored it and told me there was nothing they could do. So if you want bad customer service a really poor experience and really bad service this is a place for you. I suggest go to T-Mobile next store.
Verizon Acts As If FIOS Is Space Age Technology. Extended Review, Call an V phone number, if it's not a new sale, you talk to Chine Sue or China Joe. In just a few months I spent 160 hours on the phone and got no where other than loosing money... and to think I've been Plumbing for over 30 years.
