Alison was very rude. Didn’t want to deal with my issue so she connected me to a customer service rep on the phone! How hilarious is that. I could’ve done that at home. I tried explaining and she wouldn’t listen to my frustration. And just ignored me. So condescending. Worst experience ever. I had an amazing experience at the Sterling Verizon store with manager Robert! After a frustrating time at another store,(Reston VA)Robert was able to pull up my final bill in minutes with just my ID. He was efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this store for any assistance!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Honestly the most useless Verizon location. They can’t print a final wireless bill, they don’t accept Fios routers, it takes 3 or 4 people to complete sales. Honestly, what is the point of this location if they only do half the services and the half they do they don’t do well?
One person on the floor with about 8 customers, no one getting helped, took 20 minutes to drop off a trade-in. Not worth it. T-Mobile is two doors down. Worth a shot!
