Selwyn was wonderful to me. I lost my phone and was having a really hard day. He met me outside because I couldn’t find the building, he encouraged me along the way. He helped find a new phone, patiently set it up, transferred my data - all the while making sure I was physically comfortable. He made a bad experience into something peaceful. Kudos!
