I had a significant problem caused by someone on the "help line". I went to the Verizon store on Center Ave. in Pittsburgh and the manager Jason Langham offered his assistance. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem. My experience could not have been better.

I was helped by a man named Jonathan. I came in to get a new phone 30 minutes before closing. There was a pair of customers ahead of me when I entered and two who came in behind me. All told, to assist all of the customers in the store and get me my new phone, Jonathan had to multitask and stay more than an hour after close.
