Came in with my wife and had immediate help as soon as we waked in. Kamry was very very helpful in helping us get new phones and she was very professional!! Overall loved my experience at this store and will be coming back soon.
I went in here to solve a complicated problem. The manager did not want to help, did not want to seek help from his supervises at corporate. All he wanted was for me to leave so he wouldn’t have to do work. He was rude and loud and obnoxious. Don’t use Verizon but if you must use them, avoid this location edit: after much work on my part it turns out the problem was on Verizon's end, and the store manager refusing to help me because he insisted I didn't know what I was talking about was dead wrong.
This place is useless. They just direct you to call customer service with any issue. Not knowledgeable- crazy how they will bounce you around.
