Over priced
I don't normally like to give bad reviews but...this needs to be said. I've been a Verizon customer for over 16 years, and I have NEVER had such poor customer service. I traded in my wife's old device because I upgraded and guess what...over a week later, this Verizon store has not registered the trade in and did not do their job. I have the corporate Verizon customer service involved now so no worries. IF YOU WANT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, AS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF BUILDING A SANDWICH.
It's Verizon Wireless ... U guys were good but 5 stars is perfect and no body is perfect and I've been with u guys over 10 yrs keep up the good work...
