I recently went in to the store to inquire about switching from my old mobile carrier to Verizon. We currently have Verizon for our Internet. Jacob was so informative and helpful and patient as he helped me navigate this process. They are all professional and it is very well staffed there. I’m so glad I went. I also got a great deal on my new iPhone. I paid zero for it and yes, I am locked into a contract, but it’s so worth it for me. I would highly recommend going to this store.
I think they're always rude. Customer service was zero. I would not refer anybody over here. They need to learn how to talk to people like humans and customers
Kind, helpful personnelpl, patient, worked with me & took good care of my phone needs. Handled w/care, offered helpful solutions. Sometimes there is a wait cuz they are always busy bit they take the same time w you as they would others.
