Had bad customer service. I was bringing back a phone to turn in and one old phone to be activated to add a line. Don't know the guys name, but it felt like he was in a hurry or I made him leave his wedding for my non sales reasons. He had to factory reset the old phone because the camera wasn't working. He did. Then didn't check if the camera was working. I did, it wasn't. He was then, "you guys have insurance you'll have to call them blah blah" and didn't write down who.
