Mia was amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I seen on my Verizon app last week that I had a promotion on my iphone for a trade in. I went in today to take advantage of the trade in promotion and it was not available anymore. She reached out to Verizon support and had them approve the offer for me anyway. She spent about an hour on the phone with support just so I could get that trade in offer. I was very very happy and grateful with her!
Terrible experience, every time I go in the associates have a attitude. They also talk down to you as if your incompetent
The young man who helped us was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
Worst customer experience ever. Had a weird experience at this shop a man standing over me and the helper, never had an upgrade always paid insurance. Got a phone but I’m pretty sure it was used. Girl lied at desk about my bill. Tried calling Reta is incompetent. That whole place is a racket! I’ll be reporting!
