These guys are absolutely incompetent. Tried to get a new phone before a trip. They gave me a phone in store and sent me home to set it up. After trying to set it up and hitting some walls tried calling the location multiple times with no answer. Went back in and after sitting around while the rep messed with things was told they somehow ordered me a phone, so the one they gave me in store wouldn’t work and I could get no other phone while the other order was out. Hreat experience, Daniel was awesome to work with and totally help me out and fixing some issues, made it super easy!
A big thank you to Nate for all his help in trying to get our phone set up. Three others tried and failed without having any other suggestions . He was so kind and used all his resources. In the end Nate’s recommendations got us up and going in a jiffy!
