I made an appointment to upgrade my phone and Harman and Azira made the entire process refreshingly efficient. They transferred my data, set everything up, and helped fine-tune our upgrade and plan based on how my husband and I actually use our phones. No pushy sales, no back-and-forth, no upsell pressure—just pragmatic, thoughtful guidance and a smooth experience from start to finish. Charismatic, professional, and respectful of what we did and didn’t want. This is the only Verizon store we’ll be using going forward.
Stopped in to browse & made an appointment appointment for later in the day for our son. Arrived for the appointment but they hadn't booked it so we had to wait. 25 minutes later we walked out & took our business elsewhere.
