If you have a legacy plan, DO NOT UPGRADE your phone if you want to keep those grandfathered legacy benefits. The people in this store lied to me and told me I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone with the legacy plan. Very disappointed with the service. The salesperson who helped us was not knowledgeable with their promotions at all. We were planing to buy an apple watch and he happily sad: it’s Free today and an IPad too, also no activation fees, because of the Black Friday deal, we just paid taxes +monthly service. Later on our account was fully charged. He didn’t even bother to mentioned the most important fact that we needed to buy a phone in order to get them Free.
Nick was phenomenal. He sat with me calmly and answered ALL of my questions. He made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, NOT like another tech at a different Verizon location!! On a scale of 1-5, I'd give him a TEN!!! THANK YOU, Nick!
They tricked me. My bill was 120 a month and I ask how much to "add" a phone and another line they said $16 a month more than I pay now. I said so $136 they said yes. What they meant was $136 MORE a month. Very deceptive sales!
The employees were, once again, amazingly helpful. Thank you!
