Employees assisted someone steal one of our phone numbers off our account. Truly wild. They will do literally anything to make a sale including lie to account managers about their motives and policies. I’m sure they’ll respond with “I’m sorry this happened, we strive to ensure our customers are treated with respect” or some other garbage trying to discredit my review.
Terrible experience …unhelpful and rude staff, you will be given wrong instructions and go back and forth with customer service and store
