Me and my finance went to the Verizon located in Millbrae I believe it’s a 3rd party of Verizon however they were not pleasant or helpful at all so we decided to come to one of the actual Corporate stores located here in South San Francisco and their was definitely a difference in how we were taken care of. Chrissie met us with the best service and made sure all our needs were met an that we were being understood an helped in the way we needed. Thank you Chrissie and Thank you Verizon for Her.
There's no good customer service and also there's a kind of ignorant or don't care for me as a customer. If maybe I am black in color in my opinion it should be racism. Or May not. But he was very good for other customers served before me Whatever is not make me happy in his service.
