Got a Nokia flip 9 22. Great help and sercvice BUT this morning 9 26 can't turn it on. Can't call store obviously as you have to go through Verizon 800 numbers. Can't fax them, made an appt which means leaving work early and no option to explain why I need to be there. Did see on internet I can hard boot but it is only 6 days old And I shouldn't have to do that. And I won't, not on a 6 day old device. We shall see.
