This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any business went in to get a phone upgrade. The first lady that was helping me was very very helpful. Answering all my questions she got to the point where she was starting to transfer my information from Phone to Phone and needed to go to lunch so another lady by the name of Crystal with purple hair took over.
