I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store, the staff was less than helpful. Not only could they not point me in the right direction of my needs, they didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. At every turn, they tried to get me to "come back tomorrow". A younger staff member was trying to get help from an older staff member, who was brushing her off and ignoring the fact that I had been there for almost 2 hours with little progress. Worst mistake coming here can’t even buy a phone there unless I switch my bill to be more expensive and it’s ridiculous why be a phone store and can’t buy a phone there
