Very patient and professional
I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. I went to the Queens mall because I was having problems syncing my phone and iPad. I am 87 years old and it was 30 degrees out. I had to take a bus there and it was 30 degrees. When I got there I asked the greeter for help. He told me that I had no appointment and to come back during the week.
