I stopped by the store for my son's phone upgrade today. The manager, Symeon was very professional and we could be relaxed while receiving his first-class support. Jenifer, who is in his team attended us well as well. I have T-Mobile currently but they messed up my bill so bad. As soon as I get my money back, I will re-join Verizon going to the same store. Thank you for having such a talented employee.
They couldn't help me. Same thing you need to call and contact online support yourself. So why go to the store, they will only let you talk to online customer service
