I signed up yesterday with Tony he was awesome fast and nice and answered all of my questions
Had a really bad experience here. The costumer service was so horrible, we had a woman with braids and black glasses wait on us. She had an attitude from the get-go and continued to get snappy and was everything but helpful. We had to walk out of the store empty handed due to the fact that we did not get proper costumer service or help. Will not ever be in this store again. For someone paying 400 plus dollars on a product this is not how you should be treated.
Emily gave us great customer service. She solved 2 separate phone issues with the best outcome. It was a pleasure to work with her!
Josh and Tim are great. I had an issue that took me from calls to stores. When they addressed my issue they sat thru the customer service calls we all hate for me. By the end of the visit everything was solved
