I've been with this company for over 20 years. Way over priced customer service is horrible and nobody cares when you're in a contract. All they are worried about is selling you a phone or getting you in a new contract otherwise they could careless.
These guys lied to me wife and then tried to tack on over 100 a month in charges Zero accountability also they were all hiding in the back once we caught them in a lie. Literally go to any other Verizon store
The manager was very kind. We appreciated his excellent customer service.
