I was a Verizon customer for 24 years. It seems like they are really struggling in the service area. I had a defective phone that I could not replaced or repaired abd was constantly being told something different each time I talked to someone. Turns out my phone was simply out if stock. I was ofdered promotions that never panned out. I had a horrible experience that caused me to change service. Shame on you Verizon
