Additionally, they deactivate your phone without completing the activation on the new device, leaving you without service until you can visit a store. Upon completion of my contract, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great store. Very clean, new and organized! V is a great manager I have known him for 7 years I have been with Verizon and he has always been helpful. I would recommend for everyone to visit store and talk to V whether you are looking to join Verizon, change phone or plan check it out. He will provide you with best options.
