The one-star rating is justified. The company does not offer 24/7 customer service, and their phone insurance is managed by a third party that complicates the replacement process. Despite claiming international coverage, they exclude regions such as the Caribbean. Additionally, they deactivate your phone without completing the activation on the new device, leaving you without service until you can visit a store. Upon completion of my contract, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
