The one-star rating is justified. The company does not offer 24/7 customer service, and their phone insurance is managed by a third party that complicates the replacement process. Despite claiming international coverage, they exclude regions such as the Caribbean. Additionally, they deactivate your phone without completing the activation on the new device, leaving you without service until you can visit a store. Upon completion of my contract, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great store. Very clean, new and organized! V is a great manager I have known him for 7 years I have been with Verizon and he has always been helpful. I would recommend for everyone to visit store and talk to V whether you are looking to join Verizon, change phone or plan check it out. He will provide you with best options.
I had such an amazing experience with a sales associate named Melvys here that I waited till I was back in this area again to upgrade my phone. She was so patient with my mother and explained to her thoroughly how to use her new phone. As long as she’s working here this is where I will do all my business. 5 star experience.
