I showed up with help usually when I go to the Verizon store in Sugar House staff there they take full control. They call customer service and they take care of everything. I got there. They made me call customer service. He didn’t explain anything to me and then it was time to lock up the store. They made me hang up the phone and not finish my call and I didn’t even get my phone turned on very frustrated very unprofessional. Don’t go to that store. !!!!!
The team was helpful getting a couple trade-in phones processed. They explained things well, and helped me understand the process.
I had problems with a new iPhone trade in and they got me sorted in time to make my flight. Super kind, considerate and attentive. Thank you!
