I have been a client of Veraizon for 2 years and they had never treated me worse they are people without a drop of education and they do not help at all they only send you to call customer services and refuse to attend to you they didn’t even let me almost talk to them only complaints if you have to visit this Veraizon better go to the mall
Verizon wireless does not have strong signal in Monahans
Manager was extremely rude to my father. Not only did she say “switch phone lines, we don’t care” but her demeanor was incredibly unprofessional! Mannerisms don’t exist here and my family has been with Verizon for 9 years. So sad we’ll possibly switch phone providers because of her. Verizon, hire better people!
