Not a very good attitude towards customers. The girl who served me was distracted by conversations with other employees, helped other customers while I was waiting for her and ultimately left without finishing with me. I still haven't done what I came here for.
Be aware that if they're saying that an iPad or Disney or a phone it's for free! IT IS DEFINITELY NOT! They'll tell you for free, but actually, your monthly bill will increase with 10$ for each free item! Just be careful when you deal with them!
Anna took great care of me, she was patient, informative, and she found me the best deal for my business account. The whole team was so helpful, Jon and Karla the managers and Kevin the business account manager all went above and beyond to take care of my needs!
Took two trips for them to get it right, 3G to 5G upgrades. But they did keep working on it until it worked.
