Unfortunately, my experience was also disappointing. Due to incompetent sales and consulting managers, there is not enough time for the client. In my opinion, the company's reputation is falling and low because managers with experience in communication and understanding customers are needed, not those without experience in listening to customers and using time effectively.

Disappointed with Verizon Customer Service Review: I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, but the recent experience with their customer service has left me extremely frustrated. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a real person without going through endless automated menus that never seem to solve the problem. Not a very good attitude towards customers. The girl who served me was distracted by conversations with other employees, helped other customers while I was waiting for her and ultimately left without finishing with me. I still haven't done what I came here for.
