Disappointed with Verizon Customer Service Review: I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, but the recent experience with their customer service has left me extremely frustrated. Not a very good attitude towards customers. The girl who served me was distracted by conversations with other employees, helped other customers while I was waiting for her and ultimately left without finishing with me. I still haven't done what I came here for.
Be aware that if they're saying that an iPad or Disney or a phone it's for free! IT IS DEFINITELY NOT! They'll tell you for free, but actually, your monthly bill will increase with 10$ for each free item! Just be careful when you deal with them!
