Don't go here if you need help transferring things from one phone to another. I tried going to the store on the afternoon of Sunday, 8/17. The 2 guys behind the counter did not care about helping me at all. They didn't even want to hear anything I had to say. They heard me say, Verizon customer service and Samsung and said if I talked to them, then there is nothing they could do. They wouldn't even touch the phone. I pretty much had to beg to touch it.
