I sat in the lobby waiting for either of the two onsite employees to acknowledge me *at all* for about fifteen minutes before I just left and went someplace else, there was only _one_ other customer in the place at the time so I was surprised to get ignored like that. I drove a few miles to another Verizon retailer and immediately got assistance there instead. If I were you I wouldn't bother coming to this location when there are other places that actually try to help you.
