Have been with Verizon for 14+ years. Added a line and was told $20 more a month. Nope $70 not to mention the first bill with the bs charges is double what I was paying. On the phone for an hour and they knocked off$40. Verizon is an un loyal company that will gouge you, and there will be nothing you can do about it
