The customer service at this particular location leaves a lot to be desired, and that's phrasing my criticism lightly. I'm not familiar with any other locations but if this is Verizon standard I'd rather get service from a different provider. I suggest you train your agents on basic communication skills and customer acknowledgment while entering the store. People do not need you, so lose the attitudes.
