The customer service at this particular location leaves a lot to be desired, and that's phrasing my criticism lightly. I'm not familiar with any other locations but if this is Verizon standard I'd rather get service from a different provider. I suggest you train your agents on basic communication skills and customer acknowledgment while entering the store. People do not need you, so lose the attitudes.

They had the phone but not real helpful, act like not want to be at their job, I ended up going home to set up new phone they charged me $29 to transfer everything and set up new phone which they just started and I had to spend hours doing it at home. The phone didn't even have all the updates in it. Save your time and go to one off 4th street they are awsome, just wish my phone wasent out if stock, I did go there for my other phone was not using this store
