Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. We signed in and they took two people in front of us. These ppl did not have appts. They gave a bs reason as to why they helped them first. I have never posted a review about a retail outlet. The employees treat you poorly because they know they can since this is the only location in East Cobb.
Try to call these people and find out who should be receiving/discussing a fraud report. See for yourself how hard it is to get a human on the phone. See for yourself who at the firm is responsible a potential data leak and fraud?
Terrible customer service go to any other store they will not help you here
