I stopped at Verizon today because I needed some help with my cell phone. A young woman by the name of Mar help me. It was one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had. I will definitely go back for any other needs I might have. If you need help I highly recommend you go there and ask for help from her.
I switched to another provider because of increased prices with no percs to existing loyal customers. Saved money. Verizon was willing to lower their prices once I had switched providers but definitely not before
