Great service.. very fast.. was very pleased
Have been a Verizon customer for years. Went to upgrade my sons phone and they told me I also qualified for a 30 day free trial on their internet. Was told I could try it for the 30 days and if I didn’t like it I could take it back in to the store and they would take care of it. Just went in this morning and they couldn’t help at all. Stated I have to call and get it disconnected and then take it to the ups store myself. Not really customer friendly if you ask me.
