Since they now offer Frontier Fiber they send solicitors to surrounding neighborhoods and do not honor no soliciting signs. Twice in the past month now I have had someone ignore my wishes. I called the police to see what we can do and was informed that Frontier Fiber pays for a permit to legally violate any no soliciting signs. Sounds like a pretty greasy company. Horrible deals they say if I want to upgrade I have to pay an extra $500 off of my iPhone 15 then buy a new iPhone and my unlimited credit plan gives me horrible 5g data even though it says unlimited

Tried to find personal care for assistance w canceling a line from a deceased family member. Once it was obvious we weren't there to buy, we were quickly given an 800 number and invited to do this on our own. No attempt to help/customer service.
