To not go into too much detail, a very serious series of issues have been occurring with my account etc and I went to the store three times to get assistance as I had to go to a corporate store. Every time I was told they could not help me and to go call customer service because all they did was cell phones and they could not help and they would not help and kicked me out. Terrible customer service. If you order online, they will refuse to help you with anything. Even the store manager literally asked me, 'What do you want me to do about it?' Absolute waste of time. Don't bother coming to this location.

I bought a phone and returned it and have been charged like 200 something dollars even though I returned the phone that was unopened and this is now negatively affecting my credit score!
