Some crew member was not nice
We were greeted immediately and help by a kind and considerate employee. He help us navigate our bill and find out best options according to our needs.
Occurred 8-18-2025, approximately noon. I insisted on dif rep cuz 1 before me had previously been inept and rude. Gal, extremely abrasive, seated comfortably on a stool, refused to assist me, refused to allow me to deal with rep on the phone, and denied access to her supervisor several times. Finally, supervisor charged up and loudly accosted me. He also said go somewhere else if i feel their store is so rude.
