Very bad customer service, the guy name Alex has a very bad attitude, when I asked to speak with the manager she has the worse attitude of all of them, I will suggest to go to a different location if you don’t want to have a bad moment at that people.
I've had Verizon for at least the last 10 years. I'm on a fixed income and paid for the warranty at 16.62 a month. My phone hinge cracked and called customer service. I was instructed to go to the nearby store and get it replaced. Instead I had to pay full price and a upgrade fee. Then they told me to go to best buy to have my info transferred. No one told me the warranty was through a third party. I have 145 phone contacts and was told to manually add them to the new phone. Should have just gone with t- mobile. Basically pa... read more
