This is the worst store for customer service support. They will refer to call customer support, who will them refer to to the store. Stay away from Verizon. Stay away.

Pre-ordered and traded in my phone through this location and it was a nightmare. After wasted time at the store and many hours wasted talking to customer support they were finally able to give me the trade in credit for my old device. 2 stars - they didn't resolve my issue but at least they were nice.

I was having issues with incoming phone and text messages and the young man who assisted me was professional and was able to fix my phone in an efficient and friendly manner. I was only in the store for about 15 minutes.

Byrant and Santos were much help in my transition from AT&T. It has been a little rocky (though some on my end), but they were great in their customer sercive and their Knowledge. What I appreciated the most was their willingess to fit the customer with the right product, and not try to oversell an item. They took personal time with me and gave me good recomendations for instance waiting for Verizon customer service to complete their tasks before I purchase the Ipad and watch to not cause any confusion.
