Excellent customer service, Jaime was very helpful and resourceful as well as the other employees, I am making this my home Verizon store.
10+ years with Verizon and this place has ruined my experience with them. The employees pushed me into a business account, all my lines went inactive due to their mistakes making the account, they did nothing to make up for it, cost me thousands on a business trip, lied about the device they sold me, the newer S24 ultra is significantly worse than the older model.
